Shipping Fees

Please be aware that we are based in Switzerland; customers from other countries might need to pay customs, taxes or duties in their own country.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Due to the current situation, delivery times can be longer than stated.

From a total amount of 80 CHF we ship for free to Switzerland and at discounted rates to other countries. We have deducted 7 CHF from the prices of the Swiss Post with each shipping option (7 CHF equals the shipping fee for Economy shipping within Switzerland).

The weight of the package includes the packaging material as well. Also, a 100-g skein typically weighs between 110 and 120 g with the label on. Therefore, a 500-g package can contain up to 3 skeins of yarn, a 1000-g package can contain up to 7 skeins of yarn.
